Covid era has not been kind to me either, .. not that its been 'kind' to anyone except the Pharma Executives, ... but iv been letting loose on a lot of stuff id kept a lid on before and it shows. iv noticed that if I really watch the carbs it's soooo much easier, maybe you can incorporate that into your new love?

Hahaha. You seem to love my name 😆. Yeah, covid shit was crap but can only really blame me. I do watch the carbs. I hardly eat any sugar unless it's from fruit. And I keep pasta and rice at a bare minimum. I am working hard now to get rid of the kangaroo pouch because I had enough of it. I blame the last child haha. It's his fault and he will hear it for as long as I live. He's got something to make up for. He owes me now...Anyway, I'm determined. And those salsa cardio classes certainly help. Going tomorrow again (two bank holidays here in Mexico) and just as well because I'm already missing it.
