Re-Introducing Myself To Hive, Positively. || Snook Unlazy-Contest

(Edited)

It is funny how we sometimes forget to be very positive about ourselves, it is just easier to be too hard on ourselves. But this week @snook thought everyone deserves to treat themselves with love, kindliness, and positive words by re-introducing ourselves to the hive and answering four questions in positive words. Life is hard enough and the least we can do is to be lovely to ourselves right?

But before we go into that, first of all, introductions.

Who am I

Logopit_1658478635225.png

I'm a sweet, kind, and lovely young lady by the name Ramatu which means mercy from God but I go by the name @funshee here because I like to have fun around while doing the things I love ' Blogging'

I was born in the North Central ( Kogi State) in Nigeria into a polygamous home with ten siblings. I was opportune to taste the sweetest love of my parents while growing up not all the children in my locality were that fortunate. Why? their parents do not care so much about education but my parents who happen to be farmers believed so much in educating all of us with their last penny, guardians, and love.

I grew up on the farm, where our parents settled away from our hometown to carry out their farm activities.

Growing up was fun, stream around to swim and play in, and a lot of friends around, following my parents to the farm, and assisting them with their work was very interesting as there were varieties of fruits and crops from the farm to explore and enjoy, and don't forget the poultry product with bush met to fest on, now and then.

My dad and mom are the most lovely people you can ever come across, every good thing about me is definitely from them.

After my primary and secondary education in the village, I proceeded to Abu Gusau Polytechnic, Zamfara State. Where I got my Higher National Diploma In Statistics in 2015. Did my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the western part of the country( Ogun State) in 2015/2016.

Afterward, I settle with my elder sister who is a Salonist and a traditional wear maker (Asho Oke) in Lagos, where I started my own honey supply business by sourcing the honey from villages across the country and selling it in Lagos.

Got the idea from all my time growing up in the village, and since getting quality honey is very hard in the city I filled in that void.

I'm an entrepreneur by nature, I love to create an opportunity and solve people's needs. Early this year I had to pause my honey business in Lagos due to my relocation with my husband to the Northern part of the country. After We got married in December last year.

Presently working on starting my home decoration business. Hopefully, to fully kick start in the middle of next year God's willing. Something I will like to talk more about in due time.

Where are you the happiest?

Give me music, wondering, and exploring a natural environment with my family then you get me in my happiest place. The last memorable place I have the opportunity to explore was Zuma Rock early this year. About four of us, hubby and his friend together with my Niece.

December last year, when I visited a cattle rearer somewhere in Abuja

These days' insecurity in the North has made me limit such adventure outings. So dancing to my favorite music with hubby is what I do most these days.

What positive traits can you bring to a team?

When I'm in a team, I like to get things done, remember what they say "if you want things done properly do it yourself?" Yeah, I love to get involved and bring my very best to my team with positive energy which has a way of rubbing off on every member of the team.

What is something positive about you that some might see as negative?

Well, I'm a thinker, and when I know what I want I will do everything possible to get it. I love to think about every possibility and outcome. Sometimes, the team might see this as being too much of some sort but in the end this my attitude ends up producing the best results. This has gotten me into trouble with my family, most especially my dad and friends only at the beginning but in the end, everyone always ends up happy. "The end justifies the means" hehe.

What has been/is your favorite positive surprise about Hive?

This place is something I never thought could be possible or I will find. Coming from someone who had tried so many online money-making platforms without much success. So many people around the globe come together with a common goal of breaking free from the traditional monetary system. I never Imagine myself to have been this lucky to find a place like this.

My favorite positive surprise will be the kind of people I found on the hive, a lot of people here are just willing to help one another to grow on the blockchain and be better. Without this kind of person, I don't think I will still be here today. Because when I got here, I knew next to nothing about how this site works. I could remember jumping from one post to another learning as much as I can and asking so many questions and surprisingly amazing people were always glad to help. This, I'm very grateful for. I'm still learning though, hehe so don't be surprised if I pump into you one day and I request some of your knowledge.

We still have about two days to go, you want to hump in and splitter yourself with some positive words? Here is the positive un-lazy contest for you.

please kindly note that the hive brand logo was gotten from https://hive.io/brand/ and all other images are mine

Thank You very much. I'm sending lots of love and positive vibes your way 🤗🥰❤
