I have never thought even in my wildest imagination that a day will come where it will no longer be that making money is the only problem one has to deal with but making use of the money as well, we presently have difficulty accessing cash due to the Naira redesign policy in Nigeria.

Things like this made me wish for the mass adaptation of hive to come very fast. Whereby I could just transfer my hivein exchange for goods and services.

All the POS operators in my area no longer open their shops due to their lack of cash to transact with and visiting the Banks and ATMs nearby is just as useless as the P in Psychology. The queue over there is just something else with no guarantee when it is your turn there will still be money dispensing from the machines.

This is causing so much frustration for people, my saving grace is that those shops in my area are collecting bank transfers. But hubby is finding it difficult to get a cash for a transport fair to work. And what about those places with terrible network services? Those who don't even have access to mobile bank transfer? Those few pos with cash to do business are charging outrageous charges for their service.

My mom was just telling me yesterday she had to pay 400 naira charges before she could collect just 2,000 from a pos operator, something that usually costs 100 Naira.

With just three days to the deadline and still not many new notes in circulation one can only prepare for hard times ahead.

The most annoying part of all of this is that at the end of the day this is likely just going to be another policy that suffers the masses for nothing without achieving any positive results.

I saw some pictures online where some bandits with a lot of the new notes, and they were bragging about having access to enough new notes already, the same people this policy was against and the common man on the street and law-abiding citizens are suffering In the queue for nothing.

I can bet my balls that the corrupt politicians are already stacking cash for the coming election for vote buying.

All of this is making me very angry and resentful no matter how I try not to. Knowing all this suffering is just for nothing. We have a great decision ahead, whoever the majority votes for this coming election will again determine our faith as a nation. Or as it is the central Government can not solve our problems as it from much complaints to bigger one in each of the election years.

These people need to realize that web3 technology such as hive
can solve a lot of the Governing problems where everyone gets what they deserve accordingly to their effort and not some few people holding our resources to ransome while others wallow in pains and lamentations.

I'm just imaging if Nigeria's resources is allocated to each and everyone according to our efforts, and not our ability to steal. Hmmmm we all will be in Paradise.
