Not really quite the same thing, people are not posting content on Bitcoin every 30 seconds.
Sure, they do it more often :P In any case, you don't need to know all the entries in real time, you can stream on the fly as much as your connection allows. That's how ZeroNet works. Of course, thanks to the internet you have all the entries in a few tens of seconds probably, but even while syncing you can write.
