What other direct sales would there be outside of that? Would that include land sales and anything moving forward? Would it apply to future expansion packs?

Currently, it includes the Wisp, Keystones and Attunments Bundles from Astral Revelations. And any sales that come after that like events, expansions.
We have yet to announce the pre-sale crates for Astral Wars, but just like astral revelations all of those would be included unless stated otherwise, like in the instance for starter packs.
