It's a boring market. Are there a lot of pre-sales going on or are they kind of rare? I don't think many projects might want to come out during the bear market for funding.

They come from time to time, like 1 every 2-3 weeks.

I think from now up to May 2023 will be the best point to enter presales, so I'll keep doing it.
