I think it depends on the voting power based on tokens you stake in either hive or layer2 setup.
It will be 100% on all frontends regardless of what layer you are up to.

Yeah, I think we need a way to change that. It is weird though, I can vote 100% on a spt and oneup post on say splintertalk and it won't use the full vote for oneup
