I have been in your shoes except my in-laws and my parents were not in my home. I was left to do it all, and it can be very difficult! Establishing a rhythm is important and will help smooth out the rough edges. Don't be hard on yourself! There's a lot involved in juggling both personal and professional life. Take care!
