WM2022 in Katar, whats your opinion to sport and human rights?

What do you say about the football World Cup 2022. I have always loved this World Cup event throughout my life. I'm definitely torn. On the one hand there are many sports that are of interest to me. On the sporting side, of course, I welcome a major event like the World Cup. But does the end justify the means? Despite solid evidence, we still look the other way when it comes to human rights. This makes me a bit upset when it comes to dealing with our fellow human beings. But if you go through all life situations in silence, you automatically agree to the violation of human rights and unconsciously make yourself the perpetrator!
It's a shame that the World Cup organizers failed to set up compensation for those left behind. That would be a step in the right direction for me!

Was sagt ihr zur Fußball WM2022. Ich habe dieses WM Erreignis zeit meines Lebens immer geliebt. Ich bin auf jeden Fall hin und hergerissen. Auf der einen Seite gibt es viele Sportarten die für mich interresant sind. Von der sportlichen Seite begrüsse ich natürlich ein Großereignis wie die WM. Aber heiligt der Zweck die Mittel? Trotz fundierter Beweislage sehen wir trotzdem noch weg, was die Menschenrechte betrifft. Dies macht mich doch etwas verstimmt was den Umgang mit unseren Mitmenschen betrifft. Aber wer stillschweigend durch alle Lebenssituationen geht, stimmt automatisch dem verletzten der Menschenrechte zu und macht sich unbewusst zum Täter!
Schade das es der WM Ausrichter verabsäumt Schadenersatz für die Hiterbliebenen einzurichten. Das wäre für mich ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung.
