Hello friends! Hope everyone is doing well as always! Welcome to my third harvest report as a Pizza Guild HashKings Scholar!

With the end of our second harvests we went on a small hiatus as we're allotted a few extra days in-between delegations for any hi-cups that may occur during the harvests, once that came to an end we were delegated our lands once again this time for a longer period (one month+) and handed 60 seeds, 30 of each kind!

So we have three more harvests to look forward to from this delegation period after this current report! 😁

I farm for Creo's Chronics, I'm delegated 15 plots of South America land which allow us to plant two different seed types (not counting special seeds.)

This week I've gone for an easier approach to tracking everything and just planted all of the same kind, I did previously have it split between the two types for a better variety in yield weekly but I guess overall it doesn't matter as it'll always equate to the same total regardless in the end 😅

Colombia Gold usually was the more higher yielding seeds for me for South America plots of land, but seems RNG wasn't on my side this week! Previously pushing quite close to the 300 mark per now more or less the 250 range with only one crop yielding over 300.

Bonus Drops- during harvesting there is a 20% chance to return a seed, this week during my 15 plot harvests I managed to return two seeds 😁

BUD STAKING IS LIVE!

This week we also saw the addition of BUDS staking! If you have read my previous harvest reports I've been very excited for this feature, I don't have a huge stockpile of BUDS but the amount I do hold is growing weekly, especially thanks for this scholarship.

With that being said, having a use for your BUDS is fantastic, I did want to roll up a bunch of joints to smoke them for my avatars and raids etc but that's most likely a goal for far down the line as my current amount can only achieve so much! So having the staking feature become available is perfect timing.

I can lock my BUDS up and gain daily interest for my holdings, until the fateful day when I remove all liquidity and see my gains!

otherwise I will try give you a quick run down!

The ratio between BUDS:BUDSX changes everyday as the team buy and add more BUDS to the pool in the form of rewards.

Depending on when you staked your BUDS and the quantities you will see improved gains once withdrawn, since more BUDS are added to the pool daily we all share in the benefit as long as we have our BUDSX tokens as the ratio between BUDSX back to BUDS increases daily.

Initially all the extra tokens but BUDS (because all the BUDS spent in HK are 100% burned, used in the joint store and the forge will be filling the rewards. But future features, like the BANG! defense keys shop will also create a revenue source to fill the staking rewards and so all the other new things we are preparing for you

The HashKings team has been hard at work for us with many great features coming, a lot of reward streams are going into buying back BUDS to either reward stakers or to be BURNED.

I've so far staked three different times, obviously each time I am staking my BUDS stake will represent less BUDSX going forward so I am aiming to pool my BUDS whenever I'm able, days like this help with big hauls from the Scholarship programme🍕!

Thankfully I can track all my deposited BUDS with Hive-Explorer, so I'll be keeping an account of my deposited BUDS and their total until the fateful day when I unstake my holding and see how much gain I've been rewarded with.

I will be upping my deposited BUDS once again tonight when I've made sure there are no issues with my calculations etc for the Pizza HK Scholarship! So that means the pool will be getting an additional 2800ish BUDS from me later.

NEW HASHKING CHANGES!

If you play HashKings or care about being heard you should definitely jump into the Discords (both PIZZA and HASHKINGS)

There is a lot of discussion and great conversation in both servers, with changes coming everyday and improvements being made you can have your say in how the game is going to turn out, even now we are currently having votes and debates on how certain changes could effect the game in positive or negative ways, amazing open discussions which can only benefit us players in the long run!

Reudcing the base price of the forge is huge! incredibly significant price drop from $2 to $0.50 would see a huge improvement in users forging avatars to participate further in RAIDS.

I was lucky to grab an already levelled up avatar off NFTMart otherwise I would be stuck with all my level 0's and singular level 2 avatar, it is difficult for new players to get into the swing of things, especially if it takes weeks to tally up the BUDS!

These changes could see a shift in new players and ways people can profit or benefit from playing HashKings!
