In this blog, I will cover a bigger picture of leothreads.

LEOTHREADS BASICS:

Leothreads is a new form of web 3 Twitter. Many users were concerned if their feeds would be filled with microblogs so no. leofinance team had taken care of this. The way it works is, that it's the main post and our threads are actual comments on that post so don't worry about your feed filling with microblogs. It also tracks all the hashtags used so we can see trending topics and join our preferred conversations. Try Leothreads you might get a loyal follower just engaging :)

OUR LEOTHREADS EXPERIMENT IN HIVELEARNERS:

First, I would like to thank the dreemport team for helping me understand leothreads. It was hard for me to explain HiveLearners team the whole idea of leothreads. I wanted #hivelearners trending in leothreads and started my own thread.

A DEEP DIVE

Leothreads is like Twitter without additional junk into our feeds as they are comments under post. Leothreads have an ad model thus on threads page or on each thread you see ads. These ads generate money and this money can be used in buybacks of Leo or probably the development of Project Blank. If this is the first time you are hearing about project blank then #projectblank in the future will allow a Twitter login so it's a bridge between web 2 and web 3. Since there are no specific curators of threads and it works like Twitter even generates money based on traffic. Finally, we will have web 2 traffic on web 3 while generating revenue the same as web 2. The user experience will be like Twitter and a lot of ways will be implemented to convince them to switch from web 2 to web 3. This will increase hive userbase and activity. How I see LeoThreads as a step towards a greater future by #ProjectBlank.

I now have a clearer picture of what this Leo thread is all about. Since yesterday, I have been seeing Leo thread everywhere and I was commenting without using any #tag until I saw the info in the HL discord server.

This new development is quite interesting and I hope to make use of it.
