Halloween steht vor der Tür!
Wie bereits berichtet, gibt es in Upland aktuell spezielle Halloween-Events und Aktionen. Nach der Halloween Wareables Challenge kommt nun die Spooky Time Challenge, bei der es wiederum Halloween Wearables zu gewinnen gibt. Die Top Neuigkeit der Woche betrifft allerdings die Finanzspritze von zusätzlichen 7 Mio USD im Rahmen der Series-A-Finanzierungs-Erweiterung, die das strategische Investments von 1,5 Mio USD seitens EOS Network Ventures beinhaltet. Andere News betreffen die Layer 2 Anwendungen UPX Spark Exchange, UPXLAND, Uplandia und Upland Kingdoms. Diesbezüglich wurde das Layer 2 Q4 Roadmap Update veröffentlicht. Last but not least gibt es einen neuen Upland Player Podcast - diesmal mit Elijah Judah.

Halloween is just around the corner!
As previously reported, there are currently special Halloween events and promotions in Upland. After the Halloween Wareables Challenge comes the Spooky Time Challenge, where you can win Halloween wearables. The top news of the week concerns the cash injection of an additional USD 7 million as part of the Series A financing and the strategic investment of USD 1.5 million from EOS Network Ventures. Other news concerns the Layer 2 applications UPX Spark Exchange, UPXLAND, Uplandia and Upland Kingdoms. In this regard, the Layer 2 Q4 Roadmap Update has been published. Last but not least there is a new Upland Player Podcast - this time with Elijah Judah.

Die Spooky Time Challenge
- Es gibt wieder Halloween Wearables zu gewinnen und zwar jeweils 15 Avatar-Kostüme bei drei unterschiedlichen Gelegenheiten. Die erste Chance gibt es durch das Posten eines Spooky Time Tweets auf X (vormals Twitter) bis Dienstag, 31. Oktober um 11:59 pm PT (MESZ +9). Die Zweite Möglichkeit ist, während Morecheese's Halloween Special im Upland Cafe in San Francisco am Dienstag, 31. Oktober ab 4 pm PT (MESZ +9) anwesend zu sein und die letzte Chance gibt es durch die Teilnahme an Goldsmith's Halloween Special im Upland Cafe in San Francisco, am Dienstag, 31. Oktober ab 7 pm PT (MESZ +9).

Weitere Finanzspritze für Upland
- Im Rahmen einer neuen Finanzierungsrunde wurde die Erweiterung der Series-A-Finanzierung um 7 Mio USD durch die EOS Network Foundation (ENF), Animoca Brands, C3 Venture Capital, und Angel investoren fixiert. ENF hat dabei 1,5 Mio USD als strategisches Investment beigesteuert. Das zusätzliche Kapital ermöglicht es Upland unter Anderem das Utility-Token Spark außerhalb der Upland-Plattform auf Ethereum über ein Token-Tradability-Event als Sparklet handelbar zu machen. Darüber hinaus soll die Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Features vorangetrieben, sowie die Marketingstrategie intensiviert werden.

Further financial injection for Upland
- As part of a new financing round, the expansion of the Series A financing by USD 7 million was secured by the EOS Network Foundation (ENF), Animoca Brands, C3 Venture Capital, and angel investors. ENF contributed USD 1.5 million as a strategic investment. The additional capital enables Upland, among other things, to make the utility token Spark tradable as a Sparklet outside the Upland platform on Ethereum via a token tradability event. In addition, the development and implementation of new features will be pushed forward and the marketing strategy will be intensified.
