5 Minute Freewrite: Ocean Travel

Madelyn always wanted to go to sea adventures, but she did not have any money to spend on such trips. They were expensive. Although she worked two jobs, she couldn't afford them. She lived paycheck to paycheck. So, she looked online for some free sea travels, and she found one, she participated in it. It was pure luck, and she won a cruise travel to a well-known island in Italy. This trip was a week long and included staying at a 5-star hotel.

The day came and she prepared herself for it. All was free for winners. But as soon as she stepped foot on the cruise ship, she became sea sick. The ship had some nurses who attended to Madelyn. She couldn't enjoy her ride as she expected it. But, when she arrived at the hotel, it was all fun and games for her. She was served seafood, and fortunately she was not allergic to it, so she could eat them. She went sightseeing. The island was dreamy. She didn't want it to end. Also, on the ride back, she got used to sea and didn't get sea sick, which was great. Overall, she gave her ocean travel a 6.5 out of 10.
