Sometimes like this happens in a company. Working hard and putting effort into being loyal isn't enough for the promotion or step to a higher state. As time goes on, we realize that the next generation is better than us.

When we still have time, there will be two choices for us to go on. First, try to improve yourself and get recognized before the age comes. Second, Move to another place and find more opportunities. The one who will choose is you and grasp your future.
