Why? Just why? Some people are hard to read and act like the instructions.

Some of my new buyers have called me an "unclear person" just because I'm not like the others. I simply just instructed them to not do any transactions or redeem code with modded applications, proxies, or any third party that's illegal and detected by the game or application developer. It'll lead to a problem. If they are using those, I won't sell anything to them and all transfers will be refunded. My instruction was already clearly stated before the transaction and they didn't even read it.

There were some cases before when my redeem codes were locked or their accounts were banned and they accused me of selling an illegal product (Not often tho). Well, the case of course won by me but it made me contact the support and it took 1-2 weeks just to get the information that buyers can't complain because it's officially stated by the support. I don't know how the applications or games are checking that. It's surely bothersome when they're doing that right after I'm reloading their account or they try to redeem the code. The timing is so bad for me 😭. I just don't like to get a trouble and always need to contact support. I don't know how other shop owners are too usual to contact support whenever there are problems that are not theirs or maybe they just ignore them. Should I just ignore them too? 🤔

As we know, many applications or games already stated that using any third-party program will lead them to be banned or suspended. It's just a matter of time. If it's not today, it could be tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. We won't know when the trigger is activated. When someone is using any third-party program that's not official, they need to understand there'll be a time for their account to get banned or suspended. There's nothing like "It's safe until you reload diamonds to my account." or "It's safe until I redeem your code".

No matter what program you try to run when running an application or game, always make sure that it doesn't violate any rules. Sometimes even VPN could lead to violation due to region lock or detected as multiple accounts 😂. Contact support, ask someone who understands, or read the T&C. I hope no one will get those problems in the future 👋
