(PT-EN) Facing Nimbledook Ranger

This is my participation in the Splinterlands Weekly Challenge, this is the best game in #hive #hivebr #play2earn!! Let's go #rebellion!

Today we're going to look at the first card from the brand new Rebellion set that has just been released. I have few new cards as I only bought 4 packs. But I already have some tricks up my sleeve!

One of the cards that I quickly found interesting among those I received in my deck was Nimbledook Ranger because his abilities stood out as soon as I looked at them!

To carry out my gameplay tests today I needed to have it at level 1.

Mana: 07 units

Splinter: Neutral

Edition: Rebellion

Rarity: Common

Skills:

  • Snipe: Attacks an opponent with ranged, magical or no attack who is not in first position.

  • Double Strike: Performs two attacks per round!

Well, I have this card and played with it at level 1.

According to the SplinterCards website, the number of cards in circulation is just 14 thousand, out of a total universe of just 40 thousand cards printed. It doesn't appear that much in battles because it needs to be properly evolved, but for those who intend to use it in low leagues, like in my case, it could be worth it even at level 1.


My Opinion About the Card

First of all, it is worth mentioning that the Fire splinter was neglected by me, and my deck was not properly upgraded to have playability in the Silver league. That being said, I started improving my cards from this splinter recently due to the current reward card groups.

After a while, when I started playing in the Wild league, I started renting the summoner Yodin Zaku when possible. And this card has great synergy with this summoner!

The main reason I want to use Nimbledook Ranger is its double snipe attack. That's right... there are two snipe attacks, and due to the summoner we will have blast!

This way, the damage it can cause will be extensive as it must hit cards in the second position or deeper, generating collateral damage with blast on several opposing cards!


Attributes

Its 7 mana cost is high, and the summoner also consumes 7 mana points. So it is prudent to think that to put this card on the battlefield we will need to have something around 40 mana or more available.

Otherwise it will be a very costly burden, making the team very small and leaving free slots without cards due to lack of mana.

My Team

I chose to take Scorch Fiend because being a zero-cost card it serves to distract the opposing team for one or two rounds. Molten Ash Golem is a first position ranged attacker and because it has many health points, it is the main tank. Lava Spider is a classic snipe and has a guaranteed place as its 3 mana cost is very inviting! Goblin Fireballer is on the team because, like Xenith Archer, it only costs 2 mana points. The star of the night is the Nimbledook Ranger!


Opposing Team

The opponent chose a physical attack team with a Tyrus Paladium level 4 summoner. His strategy is to avoid damage, because by granting shields he creates an additional barrier on all cards, which are already protected from the first attack due to the ruleset Holly Protection.

He also made sure to add a melee attack power boost. This cost him quite a bit of mana!

Furthermore, a shield repairman intends to make it difficult for me to win.

The image above shows theopening of Round 1, after the debuff and debuff of monsters and summoners have been applied. The main difference is in the shields that we don't have available on my team.

The opponent's attack strength is concentrated in sneak attacks, which makes me feel happy for having protected my main card in the middle of my team.

At the beginning of the second round we can see the benefit of my double snipe attack provided by Nimbledook Ranger, which with the help of the third attack from Lava Spider eliminates the opposing shield repairman!

Even though I lost my main card, I feel that it had already unbalanced the match in my favor and I count on the immense life points I still have and the field, which total 20 life points, to calm me down and savor the victory that is about to come. !

The result is positive and I am extremely satisfied with my new card!

Hoje vamos nos debruçar sobre a primeira carta da novíssima coleção Rebellion que acabou de ser lançada. Eu tenho poucos cards novos pois comprei apenas 4 packs. Mas já tenho algumas cartas na manga!

Uma das cartas que rapidamente achei interessante dentre as que recebi em meu baralho foi a Nimbledook Ranger pois suas habilidades se destacaram assim que passei os olhos!

Para realizar os meus testes de jogabilidade hoje precisei contar com ela em level 1 mesmo.


Objetivo

Testar os novos cards Rebellion!

Habilidades:

  • Snipe: Ataca um adversário com ataque ranged, mágico ou sem ataque que não esteja na primeira posição.

  • Double Strike: Realiza dois ataques por round!

Bom, eu tenho esta carta e joguei com ela em level 1.

De acordo com o site SplinterCards, a quantidade de cards em circulação é de apenas 14 mil, de um universo total de apenas 40 mil cards impressos. Ele não aparece tanto nas batalhas porque precisa estar adequadamente evoluído, mas para quem pretende usar em ligas baixas, como no meu caso, pode valer a pena mesmo em level 1.


Minha Opinião Sobre o Card

Antes de mais nada cabe citar que o splinter Fire foi negligenciado por mim, e o meu baralho não foi devidamente upado para ter jogabilidade na liga Prata. Dito isto, comecei a melhorar minhas cartas deste splinter recentemente devido aos atuais grupos de cards rewards.

Depois de um tempo, quando passei a jogar na liga Wild, comecei alugar o invocador Yodin Zaku quando possível. E esse card tem uma ótima sinergia com esse invocador!

O principal motivo que me faz querer utilizar o Nimbledook Ranger é seu duplo ataque snipe. Isso mesmo... são dois ataques do tipo snipe, e devido ao invocador teremos blast!

Dessa forma o dano que ele pode causar será amplo pois deve atingir cards na segunda posição ou mais ao fundo, gerando dano colateral com blast em diversos cards adversários!


Atributos

Seu custo de 7 mana é alto, e também o invocador consome 7 pontos de mana. Então é prudente pensar que para colocar este card em campo de batalha precisaremos ter algo em torno de 40 mana ou mais disponíveis.

Caso contrário ele será um fardo muito custoso, tornando a equipe muito pequena e deixando slots livres sem cards por falta de mana.

Minha Equipe

Escolhi levar o Scorch Fiend pois sendo um card de custo zero ele serve para distrair a equipe adversária por um ou dois rounds. Molten Ash Golem é um atacante ranged de primeira posição e por ter muitos pontos de vida, fica como tank principal. Lava Spider é um clássico snipe e tem lugar garantido pois seu custo de 3 mana é muito convidativo! Goblin Fireballer está na equipe pois assim como Xenith Archer custa apenas 2 pontos de mana. A estrela da noite é o Nimbledook Ranger!


Equipe Adversária

O adversário escolheu um time de ataque físico com invocador Tyrus Paladium level 4. A sua estratégia é evitar o dano, pois ao conceder escudos ele cria uma barreira adicional em todos os cards, que já estão protegidos do primeiro ataque devido ao ruleset Holly Protection.

Também fez questão de adicionar um aumento de poder de ataque melee. Isso lhe custou um pouco de mana!

Além disso, um reparador de escudos pretende dificultar a minha vitória.

A imagem acima mostra a abertura do Round 1, após aplicados o debuff e debuff dos monstros e invocadores. A principal diferença está nos escudos que não temos a disposição na minha equipe.

A força de ataque do adversário é concentrada em ataque sneak, o que me faz sentir alegre por ter protegido meu card principal no meio da minha equipe.

Na abertura do segundo round podemos visualizar o benefício do meu duplo ataque snipe propiciado pelo Nimbledook Ranger, que com ajuda do terceiro ataque vindo de Lava Spider eliminam o reparador de escudos adversário!

Mesmo tendo perdido meu card principal, sinto que ele já havia desequilibrado a partida em meu favor e conto com os imensos pontos de vida que ainta tenho e campo, que totalizam 20 pontos de vida, para me tranquilizar e saborear a vitória que esta por vir!

O resultado é positivo e fico extremamente satisfeito com o meu novo card!
