Reviewing my projects on Hive

Community, InLEO, it has been a good experience to be among the friends who make this ecosystem so diverse!

When I arrived at Hive, I had no idea what was going on! And after two years, I can safely say that I still have no idea of anything that happens behind the scenes.

This seems like a joke, but it is a reality that must happen to many colleagues too. And this is reflected in the decisions we make on a daily basis.

That's how I ended up getting into projects that didn't work out very well, causing frustration and also the loss of some assets.

PGM

One of the first projects I discovered that went through ups and downs was PGM. Aimed at the gaming community, the community had a tip bot that distributed fractions of tokens from the second Hive layer.

I became one of the largest holders of the token and, for this reason, I received fractions of SWAP.BTC, which was intended only for the largest holders of the PGM token.

In addition, it was also possible to receive curation by voting on posts with the PGM tag, in the same proportion as Hive.

And finally, through your own front-end, it was possible to burn PGM for a chance to receive a symbolic vote, worth a few cents. This was especially useful as burning tokens helps maintain sustainability.

One of the last actions of the project was to deploy a PGMM miner, which managed to collect some amount of Hive to sustain the project for a while longer.

Now the PGM project is for sale, and its founder has offered all scripts, accounts and assets to be traded with anyone who has the time to keep the project running.

My situation: I still hold just over 3007 PGM tokens, ranking 47th on the RichList. I do not intend to part with these tokens. If someone buys the project and reactivates it, I will continue distributing tips daily, as I would like to do!

DHEDGE

An old project but which had a wave of increases in the previous year. In this case I managed to surf a little during its peak, and I can't complain about the results obtained during its era of glory.

The project went through several increments over time.

Distribution of gains: It consisted of distributing gains to holders of the DHEDGE token, in proportion to their hold. Several tokens were paid daily, just for having DHEDGE in the wallet.

Delegation: When delegating HP to the DHEDGE account, you received fractions of DHEDGE. That's how I got a good amount of tokens. I also made purchases at the market, and had a lot of coins in my possession.

At that moment there was an explosion in the value of the token, and also the end of the possibility of issuing new coins (exhaustion). The solution was to create a new currency, called DVS, which was airdropped to all DHEDGE holders, proportionally.

That's how I got a good amount of DVS, through the initial airdrop.

Curation: (version 1) whenever the account reached maximum voting power, a round of votes was distributed, proportionally to the author's hold. Thus, if only one author with some amount of DHEDGE published during the period, he would receive the maximum vote. If two authors published, they would receive a vote proportional to their ownership of DHEDGE. Afterwards, the account would be recharged until the next shift.

A recent update caused a small vote on threads to be distributed as well. Thus, using the LeoPower strength, some LEO tokens also entered the dispute, strengthening the value of the DHEDGE token.

With the global interplanetary crisis caused by the hack on the HiveSQL project all scripts were interrupted and never returned. The project author gave up and announced that he had problems with the nodes.

Soon after, part of the project was put up for sale.

My situation: I still hold 4051 DHEDGE tokens, ranking 17th on the RichList. I left a sell order for some of them. I don't intend to get rid of everything, because if someone buys the project and reactivates it, I will continue using it.

DVS

Created to meet the demand for printing the DHEDGE token, which was running out, it was the reference token only for votes distributed by the DHEGE account.

All token earnings and distributesincome distribution, as well as the issue of threads continued to be linked to DHEDGE.

Curation: (version 2) when the DVS was created, it became the control for vote distribution, which was no longer in turns, and became proportional to the staked DVS, with a reduced value.

A loophole was discovered to manipulate the token market, exposing its reward payment mechanism. The developer subsequently acted to cancel the damage, but many tokens had already been improperly issued. The correction also reduced the token's price range and reduced financial speculation, which resulted in a lack of interest among speculators.

As it is linked to the same developer as DHEGE, the project is on hold and it has not been announced whether it is for sale.

My situation: I still have 1128 DVS tokens, ranking 16th on the RichList, and I have no intention of getting rid of the tokens.

SPT

This project, which has always been linked to the game Splinterlands, has seen a downward trend in value since I started following it. It was my first landing decision: it was the first project that I unstaked and sold the tokens at market price.

Selling at market price means assuming even greater losses, as the willingness to establish the price lies with the buyer.

The project continues to run, and its portal is also functional. Only the token has completely lost its value and is on a decline that will reach zero in the future.

My situation: I have already liquidated all the tokens, and used them to buy tokens from other projects.

Not everything is storms!

There are projects that are on the rise, in the process of growth. I intend to write about them too, as soon as I have time to do so. My analysis cannot be used as a promise for your financial decisions. Do your own analysis!

Revisando meus projetos na Hive

Comunidade, InLEO, tem sido uma boa experiência estar entre os amigos que fazem esse ecossistema tão diversificado!

Quando cheguei na Hive, não tinha menor ideia de nada do que estava acontecendo! E depois de dois anos, posso dizer com tranquilidade que continuo sem ter noção de nada do que acontece nos bastidores.

Isso parece piada, porém é uma realidade que deve acontecer com diversos colegas também. E isso se reflete nas decisões que tomamos no dia-a-dia.

Foi assim que acabei entrando em projetos que não deram muito certo, causando frustração e também a perca de alguns ativos.

PGM

Um dos primeiros projetos que conheci e que passou por altos e baixos foi o PGM. Voltado para comunidade gamer, a comunidade possuia um bot gorjeta que distribuía frações de tokens da segunda camada Hive.

Cheguei a ser do grupo dos maiores holders do token e, por este motivo, cheguei a receber fraçoes de SWAP.BTC, que era destinado apenas aos maiores detentores do token PGM.

Além disso, também era possível receber curadoria por votar postagens com a tag PGM, na mesma proporção que recebe Hive.

E por fim, através da sua própria front-end, era possível queimar PGM por uma chance de receber um voto simbólico, de poucos centavos. Isso era especialmente útil pois queimar token ajuda em manter a sustentabilidade.

Uma das últimas ações do projeto foi implantar um minerador PGMM, que conseguiu coletar alguma quatidade de Hive para sustentar o projeto por mais algum tempo.

Agora o projeto PGM está a venda, e seu fundador ofertou todos os scripts, contas e ativos para serem negociados com qualquer pessoa que tenha tempo para manter o projeto funcionando.

Minha situação: ainda detenho pouco mais de 3007 PGM tokens, estando em 47º lugar na RichList. Não pretendo me desfazer destes tokens. Caso alguém compre o projeto e reative, permanecerei distribuindo gorjetas diariamente, como eu gostava de fazer!

DHEDGE

Um projeto antigo mas que teve um onda de altas no ano anterior. Nesse caso consegui surfar um pouco durante sua alta, e não posso reclamar dos resultados obtidos durante sua era de glória.

O projeto passou por vários incrementos ao longo do tempo.

Distribuição de ganhos: Consistia em distribuir ganhos para os detentores do token DHEDGE, proporcionalmente ao seu hold. Diversos tokens eram pagos diariamente, apenas pelo fato de possuir DHEDGE na carteira.

Delegação: ao delegar HP para a conta DHEDGE, você recebia frações de DHEDGE. Foi assim que consegui uma boa quantidade de tokens. Também realizei compras no mercado, e tive muita moeda em minha posse.

Nesse momento ocorreu a explosão do valor do token, e também o fim da possibilidade de emitir novas moedas (esgotamento). A saída foi criar uma nova moeda, chamada DVS, que teve um airdrop para todos os detentores de DHEDGE, proporcionalmente.

Foi assim que consegui uma boa quantidade de DVS, pelo airdrop inicial.

Curadoria: (versão 1) sempre que a conta atingia poder de voto máximo, uma rodada de votos era distribuída, de forma proporcional ao hold do autor. Assim, se apenas um autor com alguma quantidade de DHEDGE publicasse durante o período, ele receberia o voto máximo. Se dois autores publicassem, eles receberiam o voto proporcional a sua posse de DHEDGE. Após, a conta entraria em recarga até o próximo turno.

Uma atualização recente fez com que um pequeno voto nas threads também fosse distribuído. Assim, utilizando a força LeoPower, alguns tokens LEO também entraram na disputa, fortalecendo o valor do token DHEDGE.

Com a crise mundial global interplanetária causada pelo hack no projeto HiveSQL todos os scripts foram interrompidos e não voltaram mais. O autor do projeto desistiu e anunciou que tinha problemas com os nodes.

Logo em seguida colocou parte do projeto a venda.

Minha situação: ainda detenho 4051 DHEDGE tokens, estando em 17º lugar na RichList. Deixei uma ordem de venda para parte deles. Não pretendo me desfazer de tudo, pois caso alguém compre o projeto e reative, permanecerei utilizando.

DVS

Criado para suprir a demanda por impressão do token DHEDGE, que estava se esgotando, foi o token de referência apenas para os votos distribuidos pela conta DHEGE.

Todos os ganhos de tokens e distribuição de rendas, bem como a questão das threads continuaram vinculadas ao DHEDGE.

Curadoria: (versão 2) quando o DVS foi criado, ele passou a ser o controle para distribuição de votos, que deixou de ser por turnos, e passou a ser proporcional ao DVS em stake, com valor reduzido.

Uma brecha foi descoberta para manipular o mercado do token, exporando seu mecanismo de pagamento de recompensas. O desenvolvedor agiu, posteriormente, anulando os danos, porém já havia sido emitido muito token indevidamente. A correção também diminuiu amplitude do preço do token e diminuiu a especulação financeira, o que levou como consequência o desinteresse dos especuladores.

Como é vinculado ao mesmo desenvolvedor do DHEGE, o projeto está parado e não foi informado se está à venda.

Minha situação: ainda possuo 1128 DVS tokens, estando em 16º lugar na RichList, e não pretendo me desfazer dos tokens.

SPT

Esse projeto que sempre foi atrelado ao game Splinterlands teve uma linha decrescente em seu valor desde que comecei a acompanhar. Foi minha primeiro decisão de desembarque: foi o primeiro projeto que realizei unstake e concretizei a venda dos tokens a preço de mercado.

Vender a preço de mercado significa assumir perdas ainda maiores, pois a disponibilidade de estabelecer o preço é do comprador.

O projeto continua rodando, e seu portal também está funcional. Apenas o token perdeu totalmente o valor e está em uma descida que tente a zero no futuro.

Minha situação: já liquidei todos os tokens, e utilizei para comprar tokens de outros projetos.

Nem tudo são tempestades!
