This is our weekly showcase where we highlight posts in this community shared here in the last seven days. These are the posts that have impressed us at COM the most.

@blanchy - Christmas Report : Is a Real Beehive Decentralised? asks Smartarse On Twitter

@cryptofreddiemercury initially wrote about the structure of a bee colony and pointed out there were worker bees, drone bees and then the queen bee who was the boss, the head honcho. Hardly a decentralized structure with the workers and drones catering to the every need of the greedy queen who eats all day and lays eggs. What a life. He then compares this to the current Hive blockchain where the little workers post content, the drones or bots in this case curate and the queen bee takes all the rewards. He did not hold back in his tirade.

@queenella-world - MY CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCE

My God, the long awaited Christmas has come and gone leaving me with a wild experience. Before now I already had a set out plans on how my Christmas was going to be at the village how am going to flex the whole place as a city girl I already had my eyelashes fixed with my new long hair not minding the costliness of the attachment and my shiny long nails " I must find odogwu king from Malaysia" well that's my main motive for travelling in the first place but I think my village people came through for me hahaha

A regular title but the read is a unique one with good use of punchline.

See, if you're living a life free from laughter, then, I will tell you who you'll resemble. Just visit that mortuary nearest to you, you will see the specie of humans inside there, check on them and you'll find out that they can't laugh no matter the type of joke or comedy you share with them.
So tell me, since you're living a life free from laughter, what then, is the difference between you and them? Hahaha, as am alive and thriving, I must let people know the difference between live marajah and dead marajah lolz.

@ckole - The irony of life

Like seriously, we need to start the year with laughter. One of my friends was talking furiously at the top of his voice, and emmmm...., you know as a good listener, you gotta open your eyes to see what you are hearing. It's very important, you know. So I have to concentrate to get all his points, because he couldn't talk. He's deaf and dumb, so my eyes were open to see his signs and the powerful gesticulations. I nearly got a blow from him as he expressed himself with anger even when I never applied for a blow job. Lol

This author shares a good COM post that would easily work as a stand up comedy, nice use of good punchlines.
