LPUD - Participating in the Leo Power Up Day event in the last minute
Work, work, work and more work... but what can we do? While I am not financially free I still need to pay my due at the current job. But luckily I've got now a bit of time on my hand and what better way to use it than participating to the LeoFinance Power Up Day on 15th of August 2023. And as I have skipped the last events, I've gathered quite a bit of $LEO that I can now use to power up. More Leo Power, more influence within the Leo Finance community and even more curation rewards as a long time holder. So without beating the drums too much on this, let's see what I've achieved so far.
While my current balance stands at 8047.829 Leo Power, I have succeeded to gather 151.402 Leo liquid that I will use it all to power up. It might not be a significant number due to my lack of time to post recurrently, but lately I've succeeded to steal some time from other activities and do a bit of writing. So hopefully I will be able to do so in the near future as well. With this power up, I have ended up with 8,199.231 Leo Power. Not the amount that I was looking for, but anything helps.
To be realistic about it and not to put targets that I cannot reach, my next milestone would be to reach 10,000 Leo Power. I think that also the Lion ranks could be a little bit adjusted and get the lion status starting with 10k :) Not that I can reach it there easily, but rather because I like round numbers. Nevertheless I will keep on going regardless if the ranking changes one way or the other or if it stays the same. I believe in the Leo Finance project and the perks it brings to their members and if I am glad of those now, imagine how I would be in a full bull run.
That's it from me for now, I am glad that I could be apart of the #LPUD events and hopefully I will be able to put some consistency in my presence around Leo Finance in special and Hive in general. Roger out!

Congratulations on your achievements thus far. You are far ahead of many, and well known here on Leofinance. I am just starting to become more active here, but I remember your name and seeing your posts prominently positioned on the home page more then once.
I think our lives go in seasons, where we focus on different priorities, and when the time is right for you, you will focus again here.
Only you can decide what is the best path for you.
Thanks for the appreciative words and yeah, we all try to do our best with our time. But crypto gives us a chance at financial future, thus we should try to give it higher priority even if we don't see the results right away.
I agree crypocurrency does have the potential to provide us financial security and it is worth the effort.

Many many congratulations on this achievement. Without hard work a person can't achieve anything, the way we see that people have been working hard on this platform for four or five years, I will definitely participate in this competition from next month and I too. Thinking of putting some money into it as it may go up a lot in the near future.
