Taking advantage of the sun in my window
Greetings, my dear friends of this community. I hope this Sunday is restful, that you rest or walk as much as you want. The most important thing is to do what makes us feel good and gives us well-being.
Today my sunday mood is to be at home, I'm resting to recharge my batteries for next week.
Today is a day to stay in my pajamas until my body asks me to, I had a nice breakfast and gave my maticas a little cuddle, taking advantage of the sunny day in Bogota.
I keep them indoors and water them once a week, I rarely take them out in the sun because, when there are sunny days like today, during the week, I am not at home to take them out.
So today was a great day to turn the soil, give them a little water and put them in the window to get some sun.
How important the sun is for everyone, right? On days like these, I draw the curtains and let the sun shine through the windows of my house and fill it with its vital energy. Like them, I also enjoy the sun and filling myself with the vitamin D that is so necessary for our bodies.
I leave them there for a while, I know they thank me because they get prettier, until the gray cloud in the distance surprises us with rain. If it comes, then I pick them up and close the window. Each one goes to the corner of my house that I have destined for them and I go to bed to watch movies or to continue embroidering, concentrated in my thoughts.

Saludos, mis queridos amigos de esta comunidad. Espero que este domingo sea reparador, que descansen o paseen todo lo que quieran. Lo más importante es hacer aquello que nos haga sentir bien y nos procure bienestar.
Hoy mi mood dominguero es de estar en casa, me quedo descansando para recargar energías para la semana que viene.
Hoy, es día de quedarme en pijama hasta que el cuerpo me lo pida, desayuné rico y le di un cariñito a mis maticas, aprovechando el día soleado en Bogotá.
A ellas las tengo dentro de casa y las riego una vez a la semana, pocas veces las saco al sol porque, cuando hay días soleados como hoy, durante la semana, no estoy en casa para sacarlas.
Así que hoy fue un gran día para removerles la tierra, echarles un poquito de agua que ya les tocaba y ponerlas en la ventana para que recibieran el solecito.
Cuán importante es el sol para todos, ¿cierto? En esto días así, corro las cortinas y dejo que el sol ilumine mi casa a través de las ventanas y la llene de su energía vital. Como ellas, yo también disfruto del sol y de llenarme de la vitamina D que es tan necesaria para nuestro cuerpo.
Ahí las dejé un rato, sé que me lo agradecen porque se ponen más lindas, hasta que la nube gris que se ve a lo lejos nos sorprenda con lluvia. Si llega, entonces las recojo y cierro la ventana. Cada una va para el rinconcito de mi casa que les he destinado y yo a la camita a ver películas o a seguir bordando, concentrada en mis pensamientos.
