That might help. Still a method to use fiat more directly is the best option for me. I'm in New York (crypto hell). Maybe using fiat to purchase credits and then credits for packs.
Not a perfect and direct solution. But have you tried Transak? You can buy HIVE from fiat and at that point get packs.
