Don't you think upvotes in return of delegation is a bad idea?
I think previously we had discussions about it on chain - what if a terrible author delegates 1000 HP ? We will be encouraging bad posts .

If you read the updates we are slowly stepping out of automation to adding manual curators while also monitoring posts to ensure quality posting and no Hive farming. In steps we will get this better and better for Hive
