Reflection Hunters round 157 / My Entry
Sunny day everyone!
Greeting to you all! I hope everyone are doing well and happy.
Earlier today, around past 9am, I did some cleaning at our bedroom veranda. I did some mopping then sweeping the tiled floor. Our pigeons love to hang out on the grills of our veranda leaving behind their droppings on the floor.
Occasionally I have to clean it so there won't be any poops. Me and hubby love to spend time together here at nights. Enjoying the night skies, the fresh breeze while we each have our phones with us. Him checking Facebook and the marketplace while I do some of my own, of course reading through the posts of our fellow hivers.
So while I was cleaning, I saw the reflection of our avocado tree and our backyard on the sliding glass door.
I hurriedly got my phone so I can snap some photos. It's been a while since I last joined in the #reflectionhunters #community #contest hosted by @olgavita because I seldom see reflections worthy of an entry. I was very happy I saw one today.
You can now feel the heat on the atmosphere signaling that summer is just around the corner. Well, technically it's already summer here in my country but I am glad we still feel the cool tail winds of January.
It's hot but windy which takes away the heat.
Here I am, the joyful, happy me after I am done with the cleaning.
Enjoying my short hair which is really perfect for the summer season. Grateful for all the blessings surrounding me and the gift of good health.
Gratitude to our Heavenly Father who never fails to love, support, guide, protect, bless each one of us.

Wow! Showing off your new hairdo makes me think of cutting my hair short in time for the hot season. But, Lo! I cannot make such a move. Why? Short hair does not look good on me... Hahaha. By the way, I like your reflection on your avocado tree and the backyard. Hmmm..I can imagine sitting on the couch on a starry night in your veranda. I missed our ancestral home in Davao City where carry a folding bed and lay down watching the billions of stars. Well, we'll be back home soon and cannot wait for the ambience that I will be enjoying at night. Thanks for sharing your reflection hunt and the beautiful veranda you have. 💖😍 God bless 💞

Yes, as seen in our backyard, that structure just across our house is hubby's workshop and on the rear end is our gazebo, overlooking the river below and just Infront of hubby's workshop is our other rental unit but have not been out since because we use it during family get together and if we have visitors over, we use it as our guest house.
Everything paved already to prevent the wild grass growing and it's a hard work tending to them.
And of course the big white structure is hubby's pigeon loft, a two-storey hotel for our loved champions.😍☺️🥰

But I was glad I did it for it gave me a sense of freedom...... Freedom from using so much shampoo and conditioner and also water..... Hahahaha.
Freedom from taking too much time just to fix my long hair....
Freedom from drying my hair fast specially at night when I take showers just before bedtime. Before it usually take me one hour to dry them which made me sleep late .... But thirty minutes it's all dried up already.
Freedom from not worrying on how my hair would look like. I just take a bath and viola! That's it! Hahaha
I remember I cut my hair as short as that last year 2008. Feeling so magaan sa pakiramdam and yes you're right, less shampoo talaga 🥰

Thanks dear. Actually I cut my hair short just so my mother-in-law would also cut her hair. Pero blessing in disguise din na I cut my hair para sa summer season.
