1000 Hive powered up today
At the beginning of the year, I have set my goals for 2023. My aim is to reach 60'000 Hive Power and 16'000 HBD by the end of this year.
A very unproductive February
I only managed to create 9 posts in February. In January, I made 16 which was above average but 9 is definitely below average. The translation of this is that I only grew my account by 470 Hive Power in an organic way (author and curator rewards). The remaining 1000 Hive added this month were powered up today. I try to make it a habit to make such a power up on the first of a month.
Almost on track
When I look at my goals, so far 16.1% of the year have passed and for both, HP and HBD, I've reached about 15.5% of my target. I'm not far behind schedule but I also don't know whether I will be able to make such consequent power ups every month.
I definitely need to create more than 9 posts this month...

Change of strategy
In a recent post, I talked about some changes that I feel necessary to undertake. The games I play are too time consuming and I will reduce some of the load represented by that. Among other things, I will dissolve one of my Splinterlands account and I will probably sell some cards that will help me to increase my goals in the coming months.
177 HBD interests this month
I'm quite happy to see how my HBD stake is increasing. In a post that tracks all the interests in HBD earned on Hive, I ranked 71st with my interests. I'm quite happy about that and the interests represent about 30% of this months growth.

Maybe, I gained some ETH, so maybe 50% I change to Hive. I have to wait for my gut feeling to kick in :)
Nice powerup and you can definitely catch up if you put your mind to it. I also powered up a little bit of Hive today.

Thanks, if I manage to power up 1K per month, I should reach my goals thanks to compounding effects. It's this monthly power up that will be difficult to reach :-)

As soon as you own some hive, you can power it up to get hive power. Everybody is eligible to do it.

Creating content on a regular basis is the best way to grow. Little by little the passive income side will grow and your overal income will grow much faster.
You are motivating too much whether people are working on it. I am also thinking to invest some money and definitely do power up on next power up day.
