Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo una cerveza de los cerveceros nómadas de La Quince Brewing Co. Estos muchachos de Madrid, no tienen fábrica propia, pero elaboran la cerveza utilizando las instalaciones de otras cerveceras que alquilan.
Llevan más de 20 años haciendo muy buena cerveza. Ésta es un claro ejemplo de ello.

Cervecera: La quince Brewing Co.
Estilo: West Coast India Pale Ale
Alcohol: 6.7º
IBU: International Bitter Unity 60
Lúpulos: Simcoe y Chinook
Formato: Lata de 440 ml
Aquí tenemos una West Coast de manual, es decir, las más amargas de toda la amplia gama de las IPA. Sabores resinosos y cítricos. Cerveza clara y transparente. Muy bien elaborada. No apta para iniciados.
La Quince continúa con la línea de etiquetas dedicadas a películas de cine. En esta ocasión toca "Terminator 2" y su mítica frase "Hasta las vista baby" que da nombre a esta cerveza.
Como anécdota, también comentar que en la elaboración de esta cerveza, ha colaborado el mítico bar de cervezas de Madris "The Stuyck". Visita obligada si pasas por Zaragoza.
For this week's #beersaturday I bring you a beer from the nomadic brewers from La Quince Brewing Co. These guys from Madrid don't have their own factory, but they brew using the facilities of other breweries that they rent.
They have been making very good beer for more than 20 years. This is a clear example of this.

Here we have a manual West Coast, that is, the most bitter of the entire wide range of IPAs. Resinous and citrus flavors. Clear and transparent beer. Very well made. Not suitable for beginners.
La Quince continues with the line of labels dedicated to movies. This time he plays "Terminator 2" and his mythical phrase "Hasta las vistas baby" which gives this beer its name.
As an anecdote, also comment that in the elaboration of this beer, the mythical beer bar of Madrid "The Stuyck" has collaborated. A must visit if you go through Zaragoza.
