De Tree House nunca he podido probar nada. Pero de Trillium sí. Aquí os traigo la última.

Cerveza: Mosaic Double Dry Hopped Fort Point
Cervecera: Trillium Brewery Company (Canton, Estados Unidos)
Estilo: American Pale Ale
Alcohol: 6.6º

For this week's #beersaturday I bring you a magnificent beer from one of the two best breweries in the United States. These Boston guys, along with their Tree House neighbors, make the best IPAs in the world. I'm not saying it, the beer critics say it on specialized websites and apps that elevate them in the mecca of beers with scores higher than 4.6 out of 5. You just have to check the scores they have on Untappd (The biggest reference in the world of craft beer).
I have never been able to try anything from Tree House. But Trillium does. Here I bring you the last one.

Beer: Mosaic Double Dry Hopped Fort Point
Brewery: Trillium Brewery Company (Canton, United States)
Style: American Pale Ale
Alcohol: 6.6º
Hops: Mosaic
Format: 500 ml can

Probably one of the brand's mythical ones. This time in its version with Mosaic. The beer is impeccable, perfect, round, without flaws. Its flavor is addictive. One can falls short. The fruity flavor appears at the beginning and without being excessive or cloying, it gives way to the hops and their bitterness, and this is where you can appreciate the hand and good work of these guys who know how to squeeze all the flavor of that noble ingredient that is hops.

I also saw some beer with Mosaic hops here.

Is it time for me to try something other than a typical Pilsner lager? I'm just still not sure how I'll react to the "fruity taste" :-)

They are fruity nuances that the hops provide. It's not that it tastes fruity.

I know it. I think we already wrote about it. American and English hops have completely different "tones" than Czech ones. Czech hops have a lot of herbal "tones" and elsewhere in the world more fruity "tones"
