RE: Your Past Never Leaves You: Truth About Actions & Consequences

In my community school I have had the opportunity to fire and hire,authority to incur expenditure and to make important decisions which affect our staff one way or another.Some staff members can decide to just misbehave by getting late to school, skipping lessons,stealing school equipment,caning pupils and even having love affairs with them.
It is so painful that it takes so long to do discover it.
