I think this is why Nigeria is one of the most backwards country in the world. Other places are corrupt and nepotist too, but the only difference is that there are rules and punishment for whoever is caught no matter who they are

Yes, there is no rule and law that governs that here which is what made it worse, if there are rules, I am sure everyone would adjust but without that rule and severe punishment , nothing is going to change.
