Winter is different where I live now in the northern hemisphere, which is much colder than my usual place, a tropical region in Bangladesh, where winter is very short, with higher temperatures year-round and year-round humidity. As I am from a local village, I found a different view of winter there that I have been missing for several years. Winter mornings and afternoons are often shrouded in a blanket of fog in the villages of Bangladesh. My hometown, Kushtia, is among the colder districts, and the weather there is quite dry. In this post, I want to share one of my favorite winter beauties of the village that everyone loves in Bangladesh. And that is the beauty of Mustard flowers in the agricultural lands of villages, which is like a sea of yellow flowers.
Dear @tanzil2024 !
Hassan!
The beauty of Mustard flowers is amazing!
I find it amazing that so many plants grow in Bangladesh during the winter!
I remember Bangladesh having the most fertile agricultural land in the Indian subcontinent!
Are mustard flowers edible?
Don no batt!
Yeah, the beauty is still on its form in Bangladesh.
No, these flowers are not edible, mistatd seeds are healthy which are used in cooking. Also the mustard seed oil is edible and Bangladeshi people love that for its intense flavor and taste.
