Don't expect much supply from any new discoveries and promising properties many junior companies have potential but have been left unproven from years of development starved by the high cost of developing and lack of investor cash. Even if a property is found to have a proven quality grade and a coast effective development plan, it would still take 7 to 10 years for a productive mine to come on line.

That's true. Demand is rising but it's not possible to match it with offer. That's why prices are sooo high.
