Points clearly made. One man's meat is another man's poison. Some people prefer to have a mentor or role model. What you said is true. Sometimes, we get disappointed by the character of the people we choose as our role models. One needs to be careful while choosing role models. We all know that men aren't perfect, and as such, I don't look for perfection; I look at character. leadership skills, competencies and disposition. I look out for those things before considering anyone as my role model.
