I like how you centred the human impact because honestly that's what this whole conversation should be about. It's easy to get caught up in the speed and efficiency AI brings. I especially liked the part where you said you need people who can feel, because yes, a business is more than just productivity, its a place that should breathe life into people, not replace them.
