RE: Which is the best active community to post Hive related content?

I recently created a tool that lists all active communities, organized by category, to make searching easier: https://peakd.com/hive-189306/@cryptoreforma/hive-communities-tool-latest-updates

I considered active all those communities that had posts in the last year.

One of the categories is Hive Ecosystem. This contains different communities where you can post about HIVE.
