What you've shared is a great life lesson. We shouldn't judge others. My mom says our appearance is fleeting, like a dress that wears out over time. We should love ourselves as we are and take good care of ourselves.

Exactly, it's sad that people judge on appearance alone. The world needs to learn to respect others regardless of how they look. None of us stay pretty forever, we all get old and die. It's just life... Take good care of yourself, stay physically active and you will thank yourself in 30 years!
