I hadn't thought about that. In the end, every "negative" emotion we feel helps us connect more with other people and with ourselves. I think the biggest problem we have is that we are not taught how to manage our emotions, and that is why it is so hard for us to feel "negative" emotions.
So true, if only we are masters over our motions, then it'll help us have victory over our sad moments
