Your date met you under false pretences. It was not to have a nice time with you but for you to treat her and her friends to dinner. She was truly insensitive and abusive because meeting you on Valentine's day in this manner is intentional. You were a gentleman to pay for the food before leaving. You did enough.

It obviously was under pretences truely and it's painful I didn't realise this in time, I had great plans for her despite the fact that she is a single mother, but her act that day ruin them all.
