I remember the lessons of Haiti, hardly anyone talked about what really happened, or didn't supposed to happen. The relief was mired in corruption, a lot of the funds did not get to where it was needed. Well known organizations were implicated of improprieties and criminal behavior but never came to light, and no follow through. I hope that this time that Venezuela or any other country does suffer the abuse and neglect Haiti had.

That is always the issue, one way or another, the donation somehow in a way don't always get to those who needs it. And as for Venezuela, choosing a trustworthy organisation will be the best.
