Hey, that's more fish for those of us who love it! 😋 😁 I remember you had mentioned this before, but don't recall whether she does not like the taste, or the texture, or something else. I could easily eat fish three or four times each week, provided it's different each time — I like variety. So, fried whitefish for one meal, fried catfish for another meal, grilled salmon the next time, tuna sushi, broiled tilapia, a nice pollock the next time, yeah... I am drooling now! Your fish looks divine! 😁

Your dashboard is rather odd... in all the dozens of vehicles I have driven (or been a passenger in) over the years (my own cars, rental cars, family's cars, even a small box-truck owned by the company I worked for), the speedometer has always been on the left and the tachometer on the right. I have never seen a vehicle where they're swapped and the speedometer is on the right. 😯 Ford, Chevrolet, Buick, Plymouth, Pontiac, Saturn, Kia, Nissan, Hyundai, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Subaru, Acura, all on the left. Why the heck would one manufacturer switch the speedo- and tacho- positions after all these years...?!?!? 🤔
