Nice that you are feeling good. Its always interesting that I feel good when I am in better shape but its also easier to follow my eating/exercise routine when I'm feeling good. One of my kids left some weights at the house when he moved out. I've been using them pretty regularly for a couple of years. Not alot but consistently which show results over time. I think I told you when it happened but I burned out playing Frontier league and sold all my cards. Just too much time playing Wild and Frontier both. Although I have been playing survival league so I really haven't been able to cut back as much as I wanted.

Endorphins get released with physical activity. Our testosterone can experience boosts as well. Getting started is always the hardest part. Once one has a routine missing a day becomes a nag in the back of our minds. Humans are routine centered with just about everything we do. I tried selling some cards a few weeks back if not months back but only a few sold. Price are at rock bottom but so is the HIVE token price. I'd like to have more Hive Power through trading already owned assets. DEC has sank in value but I'm still stacking about 1000 a day from rentals with tons of cards just sitting in my account. Time there is never enough of it. Keep up those workouts - with a couple years in the bag -- you are doing great.
