Cheesecake... hm... A few year ago I came up with my own recipe, as I don't eat dairy, and it went pretty well. But it's hard to replicate, I tried several times. If I still ate everthing, I'd go for Russicher Zupfkuchen the way my grandma used to make it. That was the real deal.
