Nice to see some big quantity kitchen duty. Both my daughters have moved out (the youngest only one year in a bording school) so I only have to make food for myself and my wife ;)

It's really some big quantity kitchen duties.
I have to take some time to do this because we would soon be in the raining seasons and it would be hard to get fresh red tomatoes and it will also be expensive.
So I had to buy in large quantities and preserve in the freezer. I'm pretty sure it will last for more than 3 months because it's only me, my husband and my kid.
I live in a flat so I haven't got a large freezer. All the best!
