Sometimes it is very difficult to say no, but it is important to learn to work on this part of ourselves, since later comes regret, or to avoid conflict we do things that we may not like, in my case I am still working, it is part of my life 🤭, greetings 😊

Very true ma'am, it’s not always easy to say no, but learning it really makes life better. I just want to reach that point where I can say no without feeling any guilt about it.
