My investments are focused a lot on dividend paying tokens with long-term perspectives. This is a short overview of my progress so far, both for my own accountability and an extra incentive to progress each week, and for others who are interested in dividends and passive income.

The BRO token is amazing, but currently quite expensive in comparison to it's dividend, so I'll just hold my current position. Instead I'm working on building up a sizeable LGN position, and in addition to buying them on the market, I'm working on setting up a decent sized delegation to aquire more LGN that way.

Here at the Tower, I look for new interesting opportunities, or dive a little deeper in some of the tokens that I hold, or plan to add to my holdings. Today I’m focusing on a dividend paying token that’s called ARMERO.

What Is The ARMERO Token?

The ARMERO token is a tokenized share in the @armero account, a top ranked dCity for earning income and a high rank liquidity pool provider in the SIM:SWAP.HIVE liquidity pool.

Based on the presidential options, @armero gets compensated by the government for the Sick Citizens it holds. It uses that SIM to create an LP bond of SIM:SWAP.HIVE. In this way ARMERO continues to help to stabilize the price of SIM.

It generates 0.001 HIVE per week of dividends and uses the rest of its income to grow its base, for example by expanding its liquidity pool position and occasionally purchasing additional dCity NFTs.

Why Do I Like ARMERO?

The token and the dCity Armero is run by @ecoinstant from INCOME Synergy Fund. I have great faith in his projects, so I feel quite safe being involved in this experimental project.

Exposure to dCity

I am someone who has neither the time to play nor the interest to learn how to excel at @dcitygame and make it profitable for myself, but I still like to support and partake in the dCity project. It seems to be one of the longest running profitable blockchain games on Hive. Truly an OG.

Plus I love management games where you get to juggle complexity, I just do not have the time for activities like this currently. So I'm happy to support the game as a holder of a token that aims to support the game instead.

Passive Dividends

As a holder of 1 ARMERO token you currently get a dividend of 0.001 HIVE per payout. The payouts occur once every week.

What Did I Do?

I have aquired and currently hold 100 ARMERO, for a payout of 0.1 HIVE per week. This is a brand new holding for me and I’ve not had time to review how it actually works out, other than reading up on the project, and the project seems really solid. It seems both profitable and has a great flair to it.
