Regarding curation, well, when it comes to curation of our members' posts, we actually avoid doing it.
However, on some rare occasions, we allow ourselves to do so.
But generally speaking, (and please, nothing personal and no offense), we don't want this project to turn into some closed circle-jerk-upvoting club.
Our main goal from the beginning was to support new or newer Hive members, or sometimes older ones, who lack support and recognition. However, we don't want to limit ourselves to that, as we don't know how things will go or develop in the future on the Hive blockchain. Therefore, we reserve the right to choose. But we would always rather help smaller and poorer (in HP) than some already thick wallets.
We feel that your and every other VOCUP token purchase (as well as the previous and future ones) supports us in achieving that goal while, at the same time, each member/supporter has a chance to earn something in return for that support.

Yes, in two days, it will be two years since you purchased your VOCUP token, but as we started paying out rewards a month later (since the account and the project began), it's actually 23 months or 23 payments. 🙂
But yeah, your return so far is over 55% (55.14%) of the initial investment.
Although your stats appear negative or as a loss in our table (below), they are actually not.

In other words, and as you probably know, your token purchase (from us) is backed in our HP. So, if you decide to return/sell it back to us, you may always get what you paid. In that case, your current gain/profit would be 55.14% or 2.757 HIVE that you received in the past 23 payments (not counting POB, ALIVE, SPORTS, and CROP token bonuses).

In the other scenario, if you sell it on the market for a price just a fraction below our current selling price, your net profit/gain significantly rises to over 155% (155.139%) or 7.756 HIVE.
(Selling amount of 9.999 + 2.757 in Rewards in past 23 payments = 12.756 Total Return
Total Return of 12.756 - 5 Initial investment = 7.756 HIVE net profit)

However, your case illustrates the core plan and the main goal of our project the best!

We said at the very beginning that it's a long or longer-term project and certainly not some get-rich-quick scheme.
When we started, the calculations we made showed the member(s) might get their initial investment back after 5 years (paid in Rewards during that time) + keeping the initial investment as a minimum or even more, depending on the token price at the time.
Now, observing it through your case, it seems it could be even earlier (maybe in 4 years. - We'll see!)

Regarding the curation of your posts, it's just that you fall into the category that fulfills our main (but not only) selection criterion (new or relatively newer user, still minnow or with total author's rewards accumulated below, at the moment, approximately 5,834 HIVE - as this number constantly changes/increases, and with somewhat decent posts originally written - meaning, not AI written or copied/pasted plagiarism).
Besides that, it's not hard to curate your articles, as you are a very eloquent, good writer who covers various topics in a quite interesting way. 😊
