RE: UNCOVERING THE ROOT CAUSE

Well said, some teachers believes that if they are harsh on students they will focus more on their academic but truth to be told it only discourage some students to perform well. When I was still in secondary school our mathematics teacher is very harsh that if you ask the man you don't understand it either he punish you or ask you to go outside till the end of is class which results to most of us to perform poorly in our mathematics. We can't put the blame on the teachers alone if they've try their best to make the students learn and understand what they taught them.
