RE: Are you invested in stocks ?

I’ve invested a little in real estate funds. You buy a share in a fund, and each of those shares pays a dividend. So if you have a share that pays 10 centavos, and you buy 10 shares, you’ll receive 1 real (Brazilian currency) per month.

It’s a way to build passive income for the future, but it’s not simple—as usual, you have to have a little money invested to get a decent return.

That's an interesting vehicle and a nice alternative to invest in real estate without buying a building directly.

Exactly, as people often say, when you own a share in a building here—like a mall or a hospital—you kind of become an “owner” too, because you own a share in that establishment.
