Hmm I think it also could be an expectation issue.. Maybe some people think they can get 50 or 100 per post after seeing posts of such value.. And when they actually got down to doing it, it's way lesser. And the decline in the price of Hive made it worse. Even though I am from a developed country, I still see Hive as a fun hobby to engage in. I have seen so many friends leave but I am still enjoying my time here.

That's not wrong. However on hive we have a different tokenomic situation with an inflation of about 8% at the moment. Meaning that if we don't have at least a growth of 8% in users and the according demand, the price will probably go down even more... It's in all our interests to bring more people to hive just for that reason.
I don't think that you have to really explain to people that there are people who make 100$ with a post and others make zero, it's like that everywhere. But being able to understand the path to getting there and being communicated what you should be looking for when joining would already go a long way.
