I always change mobile operators every year or so to get the best rate, quality of service are more or less the same.
Likewise for car and home insurance, always get a new quote instead of automatic renewal.

I thought that it was a good thing to be loyal and that old customers would always better conditions. I think I was a bit naive lol.
