Earning from The PEPT Game

The image above represents the connections within a model where Hive earnings are manifested. This is the macro-economic perspective. As you drill down from the ecosphere into the many ecosystems you approach the economic, micro-economic and the Quantum Economic layers. In our PEPT model, we accept that everything is or can be connected. These connections make transactions possible and in some cases create outcomes that do not appear possible. Well, that all depends on how you are truly aware of everything.

When I made a decision to commit to using Hive platform and protocol I had a good understanding of the framework, technology and significant impact of Whales-in-the-system. "Ghost in the Machine" comes to mind. In one of my career job I was a Machine Doctor. I collected vibration signatures from machinery that rotated or reciprocated and using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and data processing models, I could identify incipient problems in systems. Right down to predicting if a bearing should be replaced now or wait until the next scheduled outage. I did this for NB Power Corporation and I saved the company many millions of dollars.

Now the reason I mentioned my past work for NB Power is to point out that what I learned at NB Power is relevant to what I am doing on Hive. You see, I also became the Quality Assurance Specialist for the IT division which staffed 120+ technical people. I went from working for a Central Technical Service group for the Plant Operations division to the Information Technology division that was joined at the hip with the Financial division.

My trouble-shooting nature, or shall I say problem solving interest, is grounded in following methodologies and frameworks like Continuous Process Improvement(CPI) and People, Process and Technology (PPT). Using PPT, the common element and most troublesome of problems in any system is likely in the people realm. This should not be surprising. Correct?

I did that blog back in June 2023, about 3 months after joining Hive. Fast forward and here we are....

I circled the KE because it does mean something to me. Actually a lot when you consider how you can use it. My KE value is very good. It's my main account on Hive and all my other accounts are related to evolving The PEPT Game. And the KE is likely good on those as well cause I am putting energy into Hive and not taking energy out. You may call this energy, money or your hard earned dollar. Now back to the point that people are usually the root cause of most problems, I have a system where I review a certain set of data points before I start to build a relationship connected to a particular account. I look at Hive wallets, Hive-Engine wallets, posts, comments and more. I created and follow the Learn Before You Earn anything philosophy. The other day I reviewed some past blogs where my problems solving account, my principle and belief account and this account were down voted. Their KE value didn't look to good to me. So moving forward and learning from the past, I share with you how I am creating digital wealth on Hive and helping Hivers do the same by following The PEPT Game personal development ethos.

TooFuckeh Token Game Piece

When I created this problem solving token use case I spent a lot of time analyzing the pros and con. I needed an entity that was going to represent much more than a way to raise money for a project. I understand the usage of a White Paper, Project Proposals and a bunch more document sets used when you seek funding from a community. When a Whale suggested he needed to mute my TooFuckeh account, ie censorship on a decentralized, I did have an emotional response. I am human so I responded. Not in kind cause I am not a Whale, yet. In all seriousness 2 wrongs do not make a right. When this Acadian-Canadian gets knocked down for being right, he gets back up. Never Give Up.

We Canada Strong Canadians know how to cope with bullies. It's not complicated. You demonstrate that you care more for people than you do for money. Not everything is a transaction on a spreadsheet. You don't put your financial balance sheet at a higher level than the value of a life. That is just wrong. We all want a strong economy, not a corrupted economy. There is a solution. it's called building a better economy and we can do it here on Hive starting with tribal communities.

Imagine that all the problem solving tokens issued represents The PEPT Game ecosystem. It has no value until a game piece is traded. Something is only worth something if someone is willing to exchange it for something else. To me this first step was easy. I visualized that my creation would outlive me and if it had value I could pass it along to the next generation. My timeline was set to infinity. So being the person I am, who likes to test the limits of a system, seemed reasonable to issue as many tokens as possible and make the trading as small as possible so you could exchange something for the least amount of Hive.

Well, that created the first people problem. The token started to trade and TooFuckeh became one of the highest market capitalized token on Hive. The technology worked, my processes worked but I overlooked the emotional response of the community. I was not focused on their fear from failed projects and I never considered that someone would place so much value on a simple calculation as Market Capital of a Hive layer 2 token. This experience provided motivation to continue with my Learn Before You Earn anything philosophy.

To address the market capitalization I did come up with a working solution.

This involved transferring 99.99% of the issued tokens to fjworld.pept and I started work on a @toofuckehdoctrin account to address governance and security going forward,

So now, think of The PEPT Game ecosystem as usable and unused resources. The unused resource portion is like Crown Land. The rest has been traded for the purpose of building a healthy economy in a community.

Now Hivers can trade their SWAP.HIVE for problem solving tokens or they can earn them, work free. For example, the PEPT-Learn account exchanges tokens with other projects for distribution of the tokens to their valued token stakers. Also, because of the way Liquidity Pools work on Hive, I am able to gift tokens to some LPs as part of a reward to liquidity providers.

I have many more ideas that will be implemented to help Hivers earn the most from their activities on Hive. I am seeking coders that will be able to automate some of my processes. I created a blog offering for an exchange of code for tokens. In fact, I exchanged some tokens for graphics for our problem solving token. If your willing to look at things differently and your willing to change your daily activities so you become more productive then holding some problem solving tokens can help you earn more on Hive.
