It looks like you transferred POB to us instead of Delegate, and simply wrote Delegate in the memo, I'm glad you replied with a screenshot, otherwise I may not have caught this error so fast. I refunded the 150 POB, please try again.
For example, to delegate, first you need to stake your POB with the lock button, & then you need to press the button (the purple arrow is pointing to) on hive-engine, and a delegation window will pop up like the one below. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I swapped some tokens. Now I have 1,054,153777 POB but only 4,41086021 POB are available to delegate.
